Adopting from Luvable means more than finding a pet — it’s welcoming a new family member into your life. Every dog and cat in our care has a story, and we work hard to make sure each adoption is a true match, built on love, safety, and understanding.
Our adoption process is designed to give animals and families the best chance at success. From thoughtful applications to “sleepover” trials, we make sure every animal has the time, space, and support they need to transition into their forever home.

You can view our available animals at the links on the top or bottom of this page. Please note this may not always be 100% up to date since some animals are out on sleepovers with families, while others may still not be listed while we await the completion of their medical needs. We are not a high volume rescue so please only apply for dogs we have at the rescue. We are not able to get specific breeds on request.
Please note: If you are applying to adopt a Pit Bull, you must have a yard that is fully fenced at least 6 feet high. Fenced yards are required for all medium to large dog breeds. You must submit photos of your fencing to luvableadoptions@gmail.com.

Make sure to answer ALL questions and hit submit, do not leave any blanks (put na for not applicable).
Once you hit submit your application will be sent to us. If we feel you are a good fit, we will let you know we received it, ask for any additional information we need, and will work on processing your application.
Once you have met with the dogs at Luvable and a potential LUV match has been made, you will have the opportunity to take your new dog home on a week long “sleepover” trial. The adoption fee is left as a deposit at this time. *All cats and puppies 6 months and under do not do sleepover trials, they are a standard adoption*
If the “sleepover” is successful then Luvable will process the final paper work to FINALIZE the ADOPTION!!!
